  • Delivery timeframes for Europe Tracked estimated to be 3-5 full business days*
  • Shipping costs £13.00.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes and import

INTERNATIONAL

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Delivery timeframes for World Tracked or Signed estimated to be 6-7 full business days*
  • Shipping costs £20.00.
  • Customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes and import
    taxes that may apply to the order, Pipkin and Bella does not collect fees / taxes on your behalf.

​Important: -

For all our orders we use Royal Mail and send your item direct from Pipkin and Bella HQ in Scotland UK.

Should you have an attempted delivery, and you do not collect the item within the timeframe advised, your item will be returned to us.  We will cancel the order, deduct any postage charges, and refund the remaining value back to your payment source.

Customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes and import taxes that may apply to the order, Pipkin and Bella does not collect fees / taxes on your behalf.

​Pipkin and Bella is not responsible for any delays nor losses due to Royal Mail, if your item is not delivered within the timeframes quoted by Royal Mail then please contact Royal Mail within 60 days to make enquiries or claims.
