This cat collar is padded for comfort and made of a washable neoprene fabric. Collar has a quick release clip, It is not a snap / snag free clip which would allow a cat to break free if snagged on an object.
Extra Small (XS): 1.5cm x 22cm-30cm.
Small (S): 1.5cm x 28cm-43cm.
Adjust to pets neck size then clip on.
